Source material is Running Through The Blood from their As Statues Fell LP (by far my favorite FOG release). This is not really a remix actually. I just destroyed and discofied their track Pol Mod Pol style.

The 120BPM metronome was added in 2018 by a coincidence. The original intro was edited in Sound Forge 4.0 by hand with no metronome guide. Just random sounds edited into loops that had a nice groove.
